The helmet has been engineered to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of above-the-neck protective equipment. Fitted with the Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness, the EVO® VISTAlens® is designed to reduce pressure points, offering a secure fit and all-day comfort.
• Optical class 1: High optical quality with no distortion for clear, accurate vision.
• B-rated impact protection: Tested for medium-energy impacts, providing reliable protection on site.
• K-rated: Anti-scratch coating prevents surface damage from fine particles.
• N-rated: Anti-mist treatment reduces lens fogging for uninterrupted visibility.
• T-rated: Maintains impact protection across extreme temperatures from -5°C to +55°C.
• UV protection: EN170 compliant filter shields eyes from harmful ultraviolet light while maintaining clear colour perception.
• Molten metal tested: Shell resists penetration and limits deformation to under 10mm.
• Lateral deformation tested: Provides additional side-impact protection in line with EN397 standards.
• Cold temperature tested: Pre-treated at -40°C to ensure performance in extreme cold conditions.
• Electrical insulation (EN50365): Optional low-voltage protection up to AC 1000V or DC 1500V for safe use near electrical installations.
• Safety cell: Prevents ricocheting debris from contacting the scalp and ensures the overspec cannot press directly onto the head.

• TPR lens seal: Thermoplastic rubber seal moulds to the face, enhancing projectile protection and reducing misting.
• Prescription eyewear compatible: Allows prescription glasses to be worn comfortably under the integrated overspec for optimum protection and vision.
• Compatibility: Designed to integrate with other JSP PPE, including Force®8 half mask, Sonis® mounted ear defenders, and EVOGuard® visors.
