Manufactured by Oxford Plastics, this ballast weight is a durable alternative to sand bag ballasts made from fully recyclable PVC. When installed, barriers comply with Wind Loading Class B regulation - equivalent to 39mph. Comes with an integrated handhold for quick and easy installation and stacks compactly for easy transport and storage. Chapter 8 barrier slots securely into the ballast base. Product is compatible with Avalon and StrongWall barrier systems.
