A lightweight, fully recyclable sign system, designed to eliminate the need for sandbags while reducing transport weight and overall handling effort. Manufactured from 100% recycled material with no scrap value, it offers exceptional durability, easy stacking, and compatibility with existing 300mm centre signs. Ideal for efficient deployment, the post can also be embossed for branding, making it a practical and sustainable choice for modern traffic management.

All signs compatible with the Highway Sign Post were wind tested & passed the English Wind Test with no additional weights required. In order to pass the Scottish Wind Test, a second base stacked on top of the first, will be required.

Michael Barratt MBE, an accessibility champion, has raised concerns about the impacts from damaged sandbags especially on disabled people. Removing the need to clear obstructive materials on footways benefits local communities as well as reducing vehicle pollution as a result of repeated maintenance.


On the back of a typical truck, you can fit:

• 75 bases & 50 posts

• This allows you to carry much more equipment when compared to a typical A-frame sign, which also requires transportation of sandbags, which are cumbersome and prone to damage. When stacking bases, they can be stacked onto the posts, which further increases the stability of the stacked bases.

• Using the stillage, sign posts can easily be stored, keeping them safe and reducing space.
